MINITRON 3015-F VINTAGE DISPLAY

These have been in our stock since the 1970's, manufactured in the USA by Minitron as their type 3015-F, they are a very early example of  7 segment displays, using incandescent filaments, they were the fore runner to LED technology 

Used in early equipment including military radios and aircraft, these are manufactured in a standard size 16 pin DIL package with glass front and nylon case.

These ones are an epoxy 12 pin DIL package with gold plated legs.

They are 3 character with the first lens been blank.

New and unused genuine old stock, these are a lovely item for anyone collecting vintage opto electronics or repairing vintage equipment.
