Manufactured in the 1960'S in the United Kingdom to military specifications by Belling Lee, these are a classic and useful style of surface / chassis mount fuse holder which accepts the 30mm / 1.25" length size of fuse. Rated upto 10A.

Perfect for replacing period parts on classic cars, boats etc.

These are the first revision original L1045, not the later reproductions.

This is what the manufacturer says about them:

"A strong fusebox which has been designed to take 32mm x 6.3mm fuse links which are held in the lid and automatically exposed and isolated from the circuit when the lid is raised. Leads may be inserted through the base or through the ends of the box. The lid is retained by a spring."

Dimensions are shown in the drawing in the photos above but are 61.9mm long x 20.6mm wide x 34.2mm high.
