We do not know who has manufactured these cards, but they were stripped from equipment where they were controlling Hitachi TX26D86VC1CAC 10.2" TFT colour LCD screens.

They have a 22 pin miniature IDC type connection which is the video in from a graphics card, and a 36 way miniature flat ribbon type connector which goes to the panel. Also a standard disc drive type power connector.  

Used extensively in embedded systems and industrial process controllers, these types of card are usually capable of driving a wide range of panels.  

These are as new, removed from new and unused equipment that had to be broken under a security agreement for parts. Larger quantity available.
