TEKTRONIX P6139A OSCILLOSCOPE PROBE 500MHz 

Manufactured by Tektronix as their part number P6139A, this is an industry standard BNC interface passive probe, commonly used with the TDS500, TDS600 TDS3000 and other similar instruments.

The P6139A is a compact high impedance passive probe, it has a 1.3-meter cable and is fully compatible with the Tektronix family of compact size (3.5 mm) probe accessories.
