Manufactured by Sprague to military specifications as part number M39006-03-1409 these are hermetically sealed solid tantalum metal jacket axial capacitors, 85uF at 30V.

 Superb quality caps that exhibit Low ESR, Extremely Low DC Leakage Current and Low Impedance characteristics.

 Body dimensions are roughly 70mm long x 10mm diameter with with 30mm leads.
