Manufactured by ITT as their part number 050-043-0000-220, these are a best  quality panel mount SMC female.

This type is designed so that the connector pushes through a panel and the locking nut is then secured on the other side - on the front of the panel, which reduces both the depth required behind the panel, and increases the through panel reach of the connector.  Constructed from heavily gold plated brass with PTFE insulation, supplied with locking nut and washer.
