Manufactured by Sky as their type KS-SP-222A these are a good quality miniature rocker switch, with double pole - double throw contacts.   

The connections are formed at right angles to the switch body, presumably for mounting on a printed circuit board.  
This switch was very widely used in Commodore and Amiga computers

Nice positive action for a small switch.  

To give an indication of size, the main body of the switch measures approximately 12mm across x 10mm deep x 12mm high (not including the rocker or leads).
