Manufactured by Rafi as their part number 3.14.200.023/0000, these are a premium quality fully illuminated (yellow) keyswitch or tactile push switch. 

Square modular, the design allows them to be mounted next to each other to create a keypad.

Illuminated with 2 x 2mm LED's, and with momentary push to make very positive 'snap' switch action
 Single pole normally open contact rated to 35v and 100mA.
