These are new and original Texas Instruments TIP3055   TOP-3 case power transistor, NPN rated to 15A at 70V 

These were made by Texas as the original plastic version of the 2N3055, they are in the big plastic power package, TOP-3, not like the smaller modern TO220 versions produced today.
