These are original Dell notebook power supplies, model number AA20031, part number 9364U, part of the PA-6 family of supplies. Input is  100 - 240Vac  via a 3 pin 'cloverleaf' type of miniature mains connector cable, (not included)

The output is 20V at 3.5A dc on a small 3 pin dell connector.

These were spare units from a large office, and as such have had very limited use only. Tested and sold in perfect working condition
