These printed circuit boards ,were made by Plessey in the 1980's and were never installed or used. We are selling them for the now rare semiconductors fitted on the board.

This type has:
 
20x Hitachi HM6264LP-15
&
2x NEC D4364C-20L (UPD4364C-20L)

These are 64k x 1 bit early SRAM memory chips, 28 Pin DIL, 

The 6264 and 4364 are identical chips by different manufacturers, and were a generic static memory chip of the era, used in many early personal computers made by Commodore, Sinclair and Apple etc, these are all date code 1984.

The legs have not been cropped, so when desoldered from the board will be perfect chips.


 These boards are new unused and came to us many years ago directly from the Plessey manufacturing site, so the components on them are also perfect and original.
