Manufactured by Sprague Tantalex to commercial specifications and as part of their 151D series these are hermetically sealed solid tantalum metal jacket axial capacitors, non polarised 4.1uF at 20Vdc.

Great quality caps that exhibit Low ESR, Extremely Low DC Leakage Current and Low Impedance characteristics.

Body dimensions are roughly 25mm long x 5mm diameter with with 40mm leads.
