Manufactured by the renown Mini-Circuits brand, as their part number ZKL-1R5, this is the original (not the + version) highly acclaimed wideband Low Noise 50 Ohm RF medium power amplifier, +12v supply with gold plated SMA female connections.

The broadband frequency range is 10Mhz - 1500Mhz
Output power is upto 31dBm.
Noise figure is 3dB typical.
