These printed circuit boards ,were made by British Aerospace in the 1980's and were never installed or used. We are selling them for the very high value and ultra rare semiconductors fitted on the board.

 1x Thomson  EF6802CM  military grade 6802 MIcro Processor.

1x Motorola 6821/BOAJC-883C /CGG full military spec Peripheral interface adaptor.

1x Xicor X2210DMB military grade 256 bit NOVRAM

3x Motorola BSS2 spec 4000 range CMOS devices



 These boards are new unused and came to us many years ago from a UK based MOD sub-contract manufacturer, so the components on them are also perfect and original.
