These printed circuit boards ,were made by British Aerospace in the 1980's and were never installed or used. We are selling them for the very high value and ultra rare semiconductors fitted on the board.

This type has:
 
1x Datel-Intersil SHM-6MM Hybrid Sample - Hold high speed and high accuracy sample and hold circuit.

1x Datel ADC-810MM high speed and high reliability 12 bit A/D convertor 

3x PMI  OP16AJ TO5 can op amps

1x SIliconix DG201AKK-BSS2 analogue switch
And 7 other Motorola / Texas 54LS series.
