These printed circuit boards ,were made by British Aerospace in the 1980's and were never installed or used. We are selling them for the very high value and ultra rare semiconductors fitted on the board.

This type has:
 
1x Datel-Intersil SHM-6MM Hybrid Sample - Hold high speed and high accuracy sample and hold circuit.

1x Data Device Corporation ADH-8586-12-1/883C high reliability12 bit A/D convertor 

3x PMI  OP16AJ TO5 can op amps

1x SIliconix DG201AP-BS analogue switch
And 7 other Texas 54LS series.

 These boards are new unused and came to us many years ago from a UK based MOD sub-contract manufacturer, so the components on them are also perfect and original.
