They use a Socket 7 AMD K6-2/300AFR processor.
Memory is 72 Pin SIMM type, room for 4 modules to provide a maximum of 256Mb, they come fitted with 2 x 32Mb modules which gives 64Mb.
Uses industry standard Phoenix Bios, the ALI M1511, M1513 and M1512 chipset, the card has on board Symbios SCSI controller (50 pin IDC type connection) on board IDE and Floppy, Serial and parallel interfaces.
Standard PS2 type keyboard and mouse connections.
All options are controllable from the BIOS, they come with the SCSI controller enabled and the IDE controller disabled, so to use with standard IDE type hard drives the option must be enabled in the BIOS menu. Also bare in mind that this age of computer will not recognise modern large capacity IDE drives, they were generally used with 4.3Gb or smaller.
Over the years we have seen this exact card used in many embedded system environments, so they are a well used type; these particular ones have been stripped from military communications equipment that had never been used and were 'destroyed'. So although the cards are not new in the strictest sense, they are as new and in perfect working condition.
Useful for maintaining older embedded systems, would usually cost up to 10 times what we are asking for them.
Elsewhere in our shop we also sell the suitable back plane for this card, if you are building a system from scratch or need to replace it all.
Sold in perfect working and very good cosmetic condition.
