Manufactured by Meanwell as their part number MA15-15P2M, these are a good quality mains adaptor / PSU, universal input of anywhere between 100 - 240Vac and 15V at 1.0 A output.. 

The output is a 1m long lead ending in a standard 2.5mm dc power (also known as a Roker type) plug.
The connector polarity is center pin positive, though of course you can always cut this off and reverse it if need be.

The input is through a standard common IEC type connector (often called a kettle lead), this is not included with the power supply.
