Manufactured by IBM as their part number  84G9001,  model DPES-31080 these are an industry standard  1Gb standard (old style) 50 pin SCSI hard drive. 

These were removed from brand new never used caddies destined for military use, so they have been run up but not had any real use whatsoever.
