Manufactured by Hypertec as their part number HYMIT05016 Multi-Module, these are industry standard 8 chip 16Mb 72 pin NON PARITY  EDO  SIMM Memory modules, 60nS, single sided but with a mode selector switch on the rear. 

Each memory module is 16Mb

60nS access time, but backward compatible which means they will work perfectly happily in any application that needs 60nS or slower - so 70, 80 100nS etc.
