Manufactured for Agilent  (now Keysight and previously HP) as their part number 83059B, these are a premium quality Instrument grade precision 50 Ohm RF adaptor.

3.5MM female to 3.5MM female good to 26.5GHz, return loss of 32dB, typical insertion loss of 0.074dB and SWR typically better than 1:1.05

Came to us from a closed blue chip OEMs test lab, where it had little or no use, it is in perfect new condition, offered at a fraction of distributors cost.
