Manufactured by Agilent / Hewlett Packard for use with the 16500 range of analysers (and others), this is their type 16542-61607 Double probe adapter cable.

This double probe connector provides dual analysis of data acquired from a single pin. 2 logic analyser pods can be connected in the space previously limited to 1.This connector may be used to acquire state and timing information simultaneously on a single logic analyzer.

Supplied as shown in the photos, new and unused in the original packaging.
