This is a Hewlett Packard 8694B  RF Sweep generator plug in, covers the 8.0 - 12.4GHz band.

Real industry standard workhorse these are, old but go forever. This one came to us from a military lab where it maintained and calibrated up until its recent disposal.

Not in the best of cosmetic condition, but complete and in good working condition.
