This is a H3Y-4-12VDC-60S miniature 14 pin base plug in timer, 2 seconds up to 60 seconds, with 4 pole change over contacts.

After the unit is powered up, the time set from the front dial starts decreasing and when the set time has elapsed the contacts switch.

Easy to set the time required using a screwdriver to adjust the front dial.  

2 second - 60 seconds  12Vdc operation with 3A 250Vac  rated 4 pole change over contacts.
