These are a good quality standard mains 250V red neon indicator, push fit into a panel hole of 9mm diameter, conveniently pre-wired with 20cm of wire.

Very common mains indicator often found in many home appliances.

The front lens is 13mm diameter, almost flat with a slight bevel and protrudes the panel by just 1mm.

The overall length of the neon body including the lens is 33mm.
