FZH191 COLLECTORS CHIP

These are an interesting early house marked semiconductor, we think probably manufactured by Siemens in the late 1970's, they are a 16 pin  DIL package, marked with FZH191 and interestingly with 3NAND indicating that the chip is a 3 input NAND TTL Logic gate. 

Early example of how manufacturers sought to disguise technology by printing their product with non generic or industry standard numbers.
