Manufactured by 3M, and actually supplied for top end test equipment, these are a 2m long premium quality cable, with a DD50 (Large 3 row D type connector) to DH50 (50 way micro D type) SCSI-2 connector, so male DD50 to male HD50.

Quite a rare cable now. 
They have been previously used, but are in perfect working and great condition cosmetically and will give many more years of service.
