Manufactured by Dale as part of their NH-5 range,  to CECC & JAN military specifications (5905-99-644-8377), these are 2K Ohm (so 2000 Ohms) 5 Watt 1% miniature metal clad power resistor (10W bolted down).

 Body dimensions not including connections are 15mm x 8mm x 8mm high, with 2 mounting holes or bolting down to a heatsink or similar.
