Manufactured by Intel in Malaysia in 1975 (week 7), this is a very pretty example of an early EPROM memory chip.

This one is particularly rare as it has a factory printing error, the dot which designates pin1 had been printed twice, obscuring the actual part number, see photos. Absolutely one of its kind !
