Manufactured by CAM METRIC to military standards, this is a laboratory quality AC / DC decade resistance box. It offers a range from 0.01 Ohm upto 12.1111k  Ohm in 0.01 Ohm steps, using 6 ranges with the following operating currents.

  0 - 10 x 0.01 (5A (Max) 
0 - 10 x 0.1   (2A (Max) 
0 - 10 x 1      (0.7A (Max) 
0 - 10 x 10    (0.2A Max)
0 - 10 x 100  (0.07A Max)
0 - 10 x 1000  (.02A Max)

Please do not mistake this resistance box for a low cost modern type utilising cheap rotary switches and discrete resistors. 

The resistive elements in this box are non-inductively wound on high quality formers, using a resistance wire of specially selected alloy. Each resistive element has then been heat treated and undergone a controlled ageing process to produce the very highest stability and also a low temperature coefficient.

 The switches are of the highest quality with low pressure contacts for long life and reliability.  

It was calibrated before its disposal to us, but that has now expired, it is in perfect operational condition, though cosmetically it could do with a little attention.
