BY127 HIGH VOLTAGE SILICON DIODE 

These are original BY127 diodes manufactured by International Rectifier quite a few years ago in the UK.

They came to us direct from the factory and are not individually marked, but we gaurentee they are genuine BY127's, which are a silicon diode that operates at upto 1250V at 1Amp.

 New and unused, we have sold thousands of these over the years to very satisfied customers. They are not marked as IR didn't print finished material up until it was ordered, then it was batch lotted for the exact part number, BY127 is the lowest spec that these parts will be.
