Probably collectable as we cannot find any documentation on the "PantOhm" resistances, these are new old stock vintage 8K Ohm 10% vitreous enamel coated wire wound resistors rated upto 85Watts.

Dimensions are roughly 100mm x 18mm diameter plus connections which are screw terminal.
