 Manufactured by Deltron in the U.K. and marketed by RS components as their part number 423-992, this is a quantity of 5 tools designed to aid the removal of I.C.'s from circuit boards.

Each one of the 5 in this lot is missing 'tooth' which fits around the chip pins, but this defect doesn't particularly affect the use or ability of the tools to work as intended. See photos.
