Manufactured by Bourns as their part number 4609X-101-473 these are a 9 pin in line resistor network, containing 8  47K Ohm 0.3W resistors, each having one side common (also described as bussed) together.

Pin one is the common for all 8 resistors, the second connection for each resistor then comes out on the following 8 pins, so pins 1 and 2 are a resistor, pins 1 and 3 are a resistor, pins 1 and 4 are a resistor etc...
