40KHZ ULTRASONIC TRANSDUCERS

Manufactured by Murata as their part numbers MA40S3R (receiver) and MA40S3S (transmitter) these are miniature optimised 40Khz piezo electronic transducers.

Very sensitive and with a useful range of upto 4m, these devices are commonly used in remote control devices (car / burglar alarms, robotics etc etc ) object detection and distance measurement.

These are supplied as a pair, the receiver is marked with an 'R' on the underside and the transmitter is marked with an 'S'.
