Manufactured in Italy by Euroclamp as their part number 
MVE134-3,5-V these are premium quality miniature (smaller than the most common size) industry standard printed circuit board terminal connection blocks.

These ones are 4 ways and are modular, so you can join multiple blocks together.  For the exact dimensions see the drawing in the photos above.

3.5mm PCB hole pitch, and rated to 10A at 150V.
