Manufactured by Radiall as their part number R125.410.001, these are a best quality passivated stainless steel plate and gold connector using teflon/PTFE insulation, 4 hole chassis mount SMA female.

Completely flat rear,  the rear connection is a receptical designed to accept a 0.93mm pin, we guess the application for this type of connector is where a push fit is necessary, not a permanent soldered connection. 
Standard 4 hole footprint for SMA, 13mm square with mounting holes at 9mm centers,
