Manufactured by LCR as part of their EP9 range of premium quality extended foil polystyrene box capacitors, 4.7nF (so thats .0047uF and 4700pF) at 63Vdc and close 1% tolerance.

LCR capacitors are British made components and these encapsulated extended foil polystyrene capacitors are specifically designed for filter or similar applications, where high capacitance stability and very low loss are required.
