Manufactured by AHC in the UK to military specification (NSN 5910-99-014-1405)  these are vintage metallized paper epoxy sealed metal jacket axial capacitors, 1.0uF at 400V

Body dimensions are roughly 52mm long x 18mm diameter with with 40mm leads.
