MINIATURE 1SE2 SEALED MICRO SWITCH

Manufactured by Micro USA (now part of Honeywell) these are a military specification (aero - NSN 5930-99-947-2955) sealed miniature micro switch, manufacturers part number 1SE2.

One normally closed contact rated at  5A 250VAC contacts (so the circuit is broken when the plunger is pressed)

Although a reasonable amount of force is required to make the switch operate, it is a very precise, sensitive and short plunger travel which causes the operation.
