Manufactured by Toshiba as their part number THM3640F0CSG-60, these are a 16Mb 72 pin EDO SIMM memory module, 60nS, single sided. They are Parity simms, backwardly compatible with non-parity applications.

Removed from new military computers that had to be destroyed, these premium quality modules have gold plated connections.

60nS access time, but backward compatible which means they will work perfectly happily in any application that needs 60nS or slower - so 70, 80 100nS etc.
