Manufactured by LCR these are premium quality axial electrolytic capacitors, 100uF at 250Vdc. 
Quite rare now and much sort after by audio enthusiasts, these are new old stock.

LCR capacitors are British made components and these axial electrolytics are said to exhibit a very special noise and definition characteristic. 

Dimensions are 40mm x 22mm with 30mm leads.
