100nF - so thats 0.1uF at 305Vac,  Metallized polypropylene film (MKP) radial non-inductive capacitors, 110°C temperature rating. Manufactured by TDK Epcos as part of their B32922  MKP range, exact part number B32922C3104M000. 

X2 Rated safety / suppression capacitors - usually found with electric motors and in switch mode power supplies.

Dimensions are 18mm long x 10.5mm high x 5mm wide with leads at 15mm pitch.
