Solder tag connections, these BHC capacitors are top spec industry standard parts, offered here at a fraction of the usual distributors price.

There are 5 connections on the capacitor, number 1 is positive and the negative is stamped -. the others, 2,3 and 4 are for stable mounting only and can be cut off if they are not required / in the way. The 2 actual connections are at 23mm centers.
