These are military specification (NSN 5910-99-688-2822) 0.1uF (so 100nF) 100VDC  hermetically sealed Paper In Oil axial capacitors.

Manufactured by West-Cap in the USA, these have been in military storage for almost 50 years and are perfect new old stock.
 
 Recommended by many as tone capacitors in vintage guitars.

Dimensions are 25mm x 9mm with 50mm long connection wires.
