These are military specification (NSN 5910-99-688-2822) 0.1uF (so 100nF) 100V hermetically sealed Paper In Oil axial capacitors.

Manufactured by General Instruments in the USA under either their own or the Pyramid brand,  with a date code of 1963 these have been in storage for over 60 years and are perfect new old stock.

 GI's part number is CP05A1 
 Recommended by many as tone capacitors in vintage guitars.

Dimensions are 25mm x 9mm with 50mm long connection wires.
